Malin Johnson:
20 years of mixing, mastering, tinkering, hanging, working and most importantly, learning has enabled me to serve Artists, Bands, Musicians, Labels and Businesses all over the world in a wide variety of retro and modern mediums and formats.
After graduating from MIA in London, Ontario, CA, I interned and assisted at the Chicago Recording Company under Chris Shepard and The Hive Studios (Secret Door Recording) in Toronto, Ontario under Timothy Abraham. Away from the studio, I’ve managed, toured and performed with bands, operated The Dupe Shop, a Cassette store downtown Toronto, built 2 recording studios and mixed/mastered countless albums, singles and live shows along the way.
I have just moved to Greenpoint, Brooklyn and look forward to serving our new community.
